Is TickPane free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever: track everything you own, build as many boards as you like, set 3 price alerts and get weekly AI ideas, all at live prices. Pro adds every AI time frame and 20 price alerts.
How does the free trial work?
Try Pro free for 7 days. Nothing to pay today: we email you 2 days before the trial ends, and if you don’t cancel, your plan starts at the price you picked. Cancel in two taps from Account & plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account & plan in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free, and your investments and boards stay.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you’re not happy with your first payment for a plan, email us within 14 days of it and we’ll refund it in full. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Pro is $9 a month billed $108 a year, instead of $12 billed monthly. Paying yearly saves up to 25%.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars. At checkout you also see the price in UAE dirhams at the fixed 3.6725 peg.
